Hello again. Yesterday at my local wrecking yard I found a 93 caprice with a 5.0 fuel injected engine. The rearend is lsd so I'll be going back for that later. But my question is on the fuel injection. Is it worth removing and buying? Cause when I took the air filter off it looked like a two barrel carb except for what I guess is the injectors. If I should take it what other parts should I take off the car that I may need? I have absolutely no knowledge on fuel injected at all. Any help or advice you can give me will go along way. I ask ahead of time cause that part is expensive even in a wrecking yard. Or should I pull the whole engine and tranny?? thanks again

93 caprice

I believe your looking at a T.B.I. system-throttle body injection.
This isn't a true injection system.
