I've got a 74 Nova SS. Everytime I go to drive it, it bogs down and idles HORRIBLY. I've cleaned out the line, fuel filter and the tank and it still does it. I JUST noticed that there is another line coming from the tank to the engine bay but it isn't hooked up to anything it's just sitting there. I also noticed that on my fuel pump theres two inlet ports and one outlet. I was thinking I could just take the one that isn't connected and hook it up to the fuel pump. Not sure if that would solve it but it's worth a try.

Any other ideas?

The line may be for a charcoal canister that was removed, put a guage on your feul pump ,check you needle and seat for a clog, see that your gas cap is vented. Just a few ideas hope it helps
ps that other inlet on the pump may be a return to the tank!
