Whichever kit you get, make sure it is zero offset. Wheels are tough to find for 62-67 Nova but some kits push the wheels out up to 5/8" making custom wheels a necessity. You may also need to decide wheel diameter since some require larger sizes.

i bought my 66 with disks installed. but couldn't turn sharp as the tire rubbed on the wheel well outside edge. i had the disks that move the mounting surface out 5/8''. i had rallys that were 14 x 6 with a 3 3/4'' back space with a 205 70 tire. the fix was to find a pair of rallys that were 14 x 6 an 4 3/8'' back space. now with a 205 70 tire i can turn lock to lock with no rub. an i'm pretty sure this disk assembly is from a 72 chevelle.

Correct me if I am wrong ( and I know you guys will:rolleyes::D) but i think there is a bit more room in 66,67 fenders for tires, rims?
I have CPP zero offset disc brakes. I think The Right Stuff sells them as well.

I used a combination of CPP spindle designed for 64+ drum brakes and CPP zero offset disc kit
this kit is an 11" rotor, and uses an S10 caliper, I have 14" wheels and they just barely fit
I only have manual brakes and they work great, but this is not a high hp car, has CPP mini subframe kit and coil overs

its a whole other ball game if you are wanting 12"+ rotors and multiple piston calipers

I used the CPP Big Brake Kit on my 66. 13" rotors, dual piston calipers, and ZERO offset. Very pleased with the install and performance, I run manual brakes without any issues. I was planning to change wheels anyway so no clearance issues. I am running 17 / 7 wheels with 4" backspace, 205/50/ZR17 BF Goodrich G-Force Sports on the front.

What are you using for you disc brake conversions on your 63s. I will swap over to 5 lug when this happens.
I have a complete front end with disc brake conversion off of my 65' wagon that I'm not going to use going back. If you are anywhere close to SC I would make you a deal you couldn't refuse. I have no idea of the offset or whose kit it is but it worked fine with no rubbing on the fenders. Just an offer.

Do you have a part# on your CPP zero offset kit? And do you know the diameter with the caliper?

I bought my setup a few years ago and don't know if this is still a working part number CPP 6267WBK-S.
It was the zero offset at the time. I wanted to use the original GM 14" Rally Wheels so I had to do some
searching to get some that had the correct offset which was the XB 14X6" with a back space of 4 3/8". If
you're going to be running an after market wheel then you'll be looking for the 4 3/8 offset with whatever
size rim you'll want.

More info on wheel and rims here: Rally wheel codes
