The paint was finally sprayed. So glad I kept telling him "darker, not dark enough, darker"
The painter is going to let it sit about a week before buffing. Then he says it'll take about 3 months for the paint to cure. Does that sound right? Does that mean no driving?

Wow it looks really great! It would take me 3 months to have it running from that point.

that paint job is beautiful. You definitely need to post some pics once you have her all back together.

Thanks for the input. He has since said that I should be okay to drive it. Just wanted to see what all the other great minds here on Steve's had to say. I tend to er on the side of caution with this sort of thing but definitely want to drive it as soon as possible.

Sadly after getting it into better light, it looks like the pearl didn't flow great and he is going to have to scuff it up and re-spray a light coat of base. Bummer. But his bodywork is flawless! At least to me.

This color has a lot of change in different lights. I love it
This is right as the sun is setting. Looks almost black.
