It has not been finish sanded, cut or buffed but I had to show it off. Ill post pics of the whole car when its cleaned up and buffed. Its flame red pearl basecoat with Ed Roth Ruined Retina Red Monster flake and alot of clear coat. Waddaya think?

$$$ and I still am attached to the fact that everything under the gutters is original paint. But really its about the cha ching.

looks slick....

did you spray it? if not how much did it cost?

I've got similar plans, diff. color scheme.... $$$$ is a familar hold up...

You need to bring it down for the Mini-nats. I think Billet Proof is the following week.

you read my mind that is EXACTLY how mine will be painted.. but im trying to get the interior done while my interior person is here on vacation(my mom)
she has the MAD sewing SKILLS.
.any way hope you dont mind an east coast twin

I'd stop right there on the outside though. Leave the white and move inside and do all those seats in matching heavy flake shiny vinyl! 60's show car style:cool:

Love the look. I was going to keep my original lower paint and repaint the white top(since it was spray bombed)and use some pretty big flake as well.

What did you end up spending for the roof?
