Motor Mount Issue

I have removed a 250 six cylinder from my 75 Nova and am installing a built up 283 V8. I have the three bolt motor mount for the block but I cannot find the matching mount that bolts to the frame. The one that the six cylinder used has four bolts in a rectangular pattern. Any clues for me out there?

I am replacing a six cylinder with a SBC in a 75 Nova. The six cylinder motor mount on frame does not work with the V8 mount on block. The one on the frame has a rectangular four bolt design. I am having trouble getting the mount for the frame that will align with the one on the motor...

Any help appreciated.

The 4th gen Nova uses the metal Clamshell brackets that bolt to the engine and the rubber mounts that bolt to the subframe. A 283 came with the old style rubber mounts on the on the block.

Just find a 4th gen V-8 X or 75-81 F or 77-85? B car and snag the brackets and Clamshell mounts.
If you don't want to go scrounging then Classic or other repro places sell both the mounts and Brackets.
