I went in the place today:
http://www.hawaiiracing.com/

Great place, the owner introduced himself to me and gave a tour of the whole place. Super nice guy. They have been in this building located in Simi Valley CA since 1990. This is a real speed shop. Tons and I mean tons of parts in inventory, about 25 engines on stands for sale. Kinda like PAW/Super Shops/and a great local machine shop all in one. They do not advertise. I never knew they were there. I will be going back:yes:

Yep, that's the place where a lot of us in SoCal purchased our MT slicks back in the '90s since they were cheaper than mail order at the time...they were also one of the first sponsors for the PSCA - I think they were the initial sponsor the Outlaw 10.5 class for PSCA. I still purchase parts from them periodically.
