hey guys. i am having a heck of a time with my clutch. i have a 63 wagon and am putting a 250 in it, the problem is my clutch is 9in and the cover plate is 10 ins. that would normally not make a difference but the flywheel area where the clutch mates is depressed and will only use a 9in. i cannot find a clutch pack that has a 9in with 1 1/8, ten spline. my question is can i use a small block flywheel on the six and a 10 in clutch and cover plate. i know the book says that they have a 10in from the factory but it aint so in this case. thanks for any help on this. jim

Yes, you can use a flywheel for 10" from a 283, 327, 350. It will bolt on , is balanced correctly and will fit inside your Nova bellhousing. The only thing you can't use is a 400 small block flywheel because of balancing or any 11" flywheel for that matter because it won't fit in your bellhousing.
