I have a 1969 427 with aluminum heads running a comp cams 268 flat tappet cam. I installed the fitech throttle body with the fuel command center. I'm struggling to get it running well enough to drive it for the first time. Its running super rich, and is hard to start. After it starts it idles well (820 rpm) but after warm up if I turn it off I can't get it to start again. I've read about deleting the float in the command center but I don't know if that's the problem ? Who can help ?

Find out what software you have. If it ends with the letter H then you need to get an update.

Both of mine are 5.3 engines with LS2 cams in them. One Fitech is the 400hp and the other is 600hp.

The cubic inch parameter you enter into the basic set up adjusts the fuel map to that setting. This means that the numbers other than the 100 IAC will be based on the cubic inch based fuel map therefore because you have more cubic inches the amount of fuel would be greater than my smaller cubic inch map.
