First Gen(65) fender bolts

What color are the upper fender bolts on a first gen supposed to be? Are they body color, or black like the inner panels. I'm painting my front end, and want them to look like they did from the factory.
Thanks

That the same as a parkerized finish?
Thanks Tony. I'll get 'em painted up today. As far as the other answer, what is a "parkerized" finish.....
Parkerize is what is generically called phos & oil, or treated in a hot phosphate bath (phosphoric acid) , rinsed and then oiled. If the oil is washed off the coating is dull. This is typically much grayer in color than black oxide which is an oxide (controlled rusting), similar to gun bluing. It's done in a sodium hydroxide bath. The color ranges from black to blue and is shinny. The color can get brown, dark rust color when the tanks are dirty. Sometimes cyanide is added to the bath. Nasty stuff.
Thanks for the answers everybody, and for clarifying what a Parkerized finish is. Since my car isn't a show car but a daily driver, I painted those bolts gloss black like the rest of the inner panels(I like shiny surfaces). One last question. Does anyone know if there are replacement "clips" that hold the headlight trim ring(wide) on? They are plastic and go inside of the housing, at the bottom.

Negative. No reproductions to date that I'm aware of.
