We finally got the bugs pretty much sorted out and made a full pass last Wed evening. I've only got the 1st kit turned on for now but it's time to turn the screws pretty soon. Yvonne was able to get her Advanced ET license completed so she's a happy camper!

1st pass 7.18 @ 194 mph

:wow: woah! that is pretty much HAULIN'

what is a competitive number in the series you run?
Depends on the series...we can run several different classes but pretty much have to be in the 6's over 200 for any of them. There's two other nitrous kits to lean on, so we should make those numbers conservatively. There a lot of guys running way bigger cubic inches than we are, so it's a tough world out there. We will eventually have to step up the engine program but the car/chassis will take anything power wise.

Yvonne says a smaller big block will be going in the 67 or I guess this one could go back in whenever we "upgrade" the Camaro. Running one race car feels like a full time job let alone two.

Regular maintenance...yes but not on the rear end unless there's an issue. It's a Mark Williams full floater setup but the center section may come out at the end of the season just for inspection.
