I installed a fanshroud on the car today to try and make sure i won't have any cooling issues, but have a small issue with the shroud. The fan extends completely into the shroud. with the fan this far in, will the shroud still help cooling? I have the radiator as close to the support, and the shroud as close to the radiator as I can get it. The fan also has no spacer, it's mounted directly to the water pump, so I can't pull that back any either. So would it be better to run no shroud, or to run the shroud with the fan inside it like it is? Thanks.

You should be good to go my fan is close to, because I run a 4 core from a 69 Camaro, and it works fine.
