I was the President of Eddyville Dragway in the early 1980's. Tons of great memories from that track, although it's all together different today.

the net is perfect the trans blanket im struggling with . i need to spend more time installing it there is barely any room between my floor and the trans

Procharged67 didn't recognize the car, different color than your aviator. We were down there racing Friday evening testing and was going to race Saturday but broke the nose on the crank first pass out Saturday morning.
We ran a best of a 5.89 @ 118 mph Friday evening.

It was beer thirty after we broke the crank. Would have looked you up if I knew that was you. You guys put down some nice numbers for the heat.

what happened to the jet car.. they forget to put fuel in it?

The first pass it shut down right after it started down the track. Second time it ran out of fuel so they filled it up then the starter went out and they had to replace the starter before they could run. When they got it fixed they didn't waist any time pulling up to the lights and make a pass.:turn:

it was a great time there. the heat was krazy , im happy with a 5.54 in that heat man it was hott!
