I bought a new set of motorsport fuel injectors last week using buy it now. When I went to checkout a window popped up giving me a promotion code to enter in paypal for 10% off purchase (up to a max of $100).

It worked w/o any apparent strings attached except to try getting me to buy of eBay and use paypal.
