The kits that were made for Gen 1 cars that used Chevelle calipers (I guess), did they use Chevy II spindles? When I bought my 63 convert it had discs on it but the spindles look different than the ones I have on my 64 wagon. How can I tell what spindles I have?

I would like to change the discs I have now to Zero offset.

I belive they used chevelle spindels. This is what I was told. Here is a link to the conversion.

If your lower ball joint bolts in the are Nova spindles,if the lower ball joint press into a ring welded to the lower arm they are Chevelle spindles.

Ok, so my spindles are bolt in.Later nova spindle or the nove disc spindle? Would I still be bringing in the wheels by going to the wilwood zero offset kit?

The offset is from the rotor not the spindle. The zero offset rotors' wheel mounting surface is further in. There's a pic on here somewhere of the two rotors side by side.

Here's that pic of the CPP rotor. If the Willwood zero offset kit bolts to stock spindles then I would say you're good to go! But call them and ask.
