You also need to do some clearancing on the pans behind the headlight for the pigtail. Not a big deal but you'll want to use a dremmil or burr tool (rotary file) on a drill to do it. If you take the pans off to do the clearance work then you need to have the headlights realigned. The tool used to be available all over for home use, but I'm having a challenge finding one or someone who can aim the old style headlights.

leave the bezels off and drive the car at night. bring a philips/standard screwdriver... right beam should show slightly on shoulder, left side hits the line in the street. once you have them adjusted you can pull up to your garage/shop door, 10' away and mark your door with small dots at center of beams. now you have a preset drive up ChevyII/Nova headlight adjusting station...

one screw raises/lowers the other sweeps left to right... easy=peasy=japaneasy...
