my doors have mostly superficial damage , dents from the clown who chiseled off the rivets for the molding.
and 1 lg dent on the pass side. the reason i ask is i have welded hinges and i think i will have better luck lining up skins that welding on hinges.
besides the skins are less tha half the cost of shells?
i always get the right guidance here that is why i ask!:yes:

Need a pic of the superficial damage, but if they are only minor dents, you should fix them. A hammer and dolly to tap them out, then some body filler. You will probably same time and money. Even new ones can have minor dents and alignment issues.
