I priced it out and ended up buying a kit off of ebay and also bought the brake line kit. I think I ended up with around $600 in the kit for manual brakes. The kit was made by The Right Stuff. I was real pleased with their customer service. They sent me the wrong brake lines the first time and took care of it very quickly and it all fit nicely. Didn't move the suspension out with this kit either.

I'll be removing my front disc brakes (hoses, spindles, master cylinder) from my '66 wagon in a couple months to make way for a big brake kit. The spindles are 2" drop and are the one piece design made by superior a while back. Let me know if you're interested in them. I'm not trying to make anything on them, but it seems like something you could use and will be much cheaper than buying new stuff.
