I need to know if I covered up a drain hole(s) with seam sealer. On my 62, I had just finished filling some joints in the floorpan and I had just a little left in the tube so I started looking around for someplace to use it. I filled a place where I could see the garage floor. It was under the kick panel, where the channel covered by the sill plate ends, right under where the antenna is mounted. I then also put some at the other end of the channel, where it meets the wheel well. Then I did the other side. You know, I just didn't want any seam sealer to go to waste. Anyway, now I'm wondering if I screwed up and should grind it all out before I put down the sound deadener and carpet. Any thoughts, besides I should watch where I point that caulking gun?
