just wondering if any one has installed these bushings into the stock arms? i am just waiting for the upper arms to come in. or is it just safer to go to a shope with a press? i have a ball joint install tool with a adapter kit. i got the global west set with the offset cross bar.

I put the Global West bushings in my 63's stock uppers. I ended up taking them to my machinest and having him air chisel out the old and press in the new. For $30, it wasn't worth it to me to fight them and risk tweaking them. I couldn't be happier with these bushings-definately worth the $$$!

that is what i was thinking. i hate trying to do something with the wrong tools and wasting time on something when i have a ton of other projects i could be doing on my car. no frustration, job done rite worth a few dollars. my upper and lower control arms were new and the bushings came out very easily. i am hoping the money spent on the bushings and off set arms is worth the cash. thank u for the feed back.
