Does anyone know if a 69-72 dash pad for a non A/C car will fit an A/C dash car?

I am aware that the center dash vents will be blocked be the non A/C pad, but I'm only concerned about the actual fitment from one to the other.

Hi taz3,

Yes, the AC and non-AC dash pads are physically interchangeable. The underlying metal dash structure is the same and both pads use the same mounting stud locations.

I did the reverse ... put an AC pad in a non-AC car. The center vent opening in the pad made a good place to mount a set of gauges.

I did the same and mounted an equalizer where the vent was.
