it's not a matter of Building... it's just a matter of Buying and bolting on...

There is no excuse not to do the ChrisACW system if you are serious about having front coil-overs. The kit is simple and complete. it's worth every $.
With just a little grinding of one raised binding joint and some under-tower sheet metal you are talking about a few hour installation.
In this area there is no reason to re-invent the wheel.
