is there or are there crate engines available that appearance wise look close to what an original 1973 sb 350 would have been? with accessory bored/threaded holes to mount accessories off the front of the motor? if so how closely would the original wire/harness work out. match up to original exhaust manifolds?
other issues to expect? many thanks for your help!

The accessory mounting points are pretty standard fare with small blocks from the 60’s to present crate engines. Older small blocks had smooth heads from 1955-the mid 60’s. Your accessories should not be laid out any different then it came stock unless some modifications/alternative arrangements have been performed.
