I've decided to rewire my 78. Trying to decide which kit to get. Does anyone here have any experience with any of these 4 companies?

Never used any of those but I can recommend American Autowire

You need to know what you are looking for in that there are universal styles and then direct fit replacements.
Universal ones are just that in that the one kit will fit a lot of cars and models but require the reuse or the addition of new light sockets, modifications to the firewall fuse block opening, terminating wires after they have been cut to the proper length and then having to possibly crimp on specialized connectors and assembled into connector housings and so on while a direct fit should have the proper ends and sockets on it just like the factory harness.

Even if they do not show a harness fitting or available, call them as they might be working on what you need or can custom make one.

I would go with a direct fit already labeled and factory connectors cost a little more but I think it's worth it.

Another valuable benefit to American Autowire is their instruction manual, it's not just a couple of sheets with limited info, it is literally a book filled with instructions and pictures, that in itself is priceless in my opinion.

Milky, look at some of the You Tube videos of American Autowire and compare them the other companies you mentioned if they have videos, then make your choice.
