This one has bugged me for quite some time, but I haven't done anything about it yet! When the car is cold, and probably for the first 15-20 miles, the clutch pedal is smooth as silk. After everything is warmed up it gets real sticky. Kinda like there's sand in the linkage. I've had trouble in the past with the front bearing retainer on the trans where the throw-out bearing rides. It gets worn on one side like the bearing is "cocked". But it seemed like the clutch would act funny all the time then. This is just when the car is warm now!!?? Any ideas?

Maybe a shot of grease in your Z bar might do it? I was pleasently surprised to find one on mine..and it actually took grease!
