take them out of the car and pressure wash them... some purple power or equal cleaning agent wouldn't hurt. best I know.

luke warm water, mild laundry soap and a soft bristle brush was the only approved method on Air Force aircraft seat belts and safety harnesses. They would pass a static load test after cleaning.

Dawn and lightly brushing them under running water will make them look new. Dawn cleans very well.
