Yikes!! I hope you don;t have a bad time with that steering column.... I had a devil of a time putting mine back together doing the turn signal switch. To bad ya have to take it apart to get out the ribbon wire..

Underneath nut, item #1, goes the turn signal cancellation cam and steering wheel. This diagram should be close...

your getting close to the 25 post count to post in the wanted adds. i can't imagine the shipping cost of a rear seat from the U S. just a thought about a reworked full size Mercedes seat with nova covers. an those MB seats were pretty comfortable.
