350 w/iron intake and Quadrajet. Just a hobby car, no racing, would I notice the difference w/an ALULM EDELBROCK DUAL PLANE vs the stock iron?......is it worth the cost and trouble?

Depends, is this a mid 70's and up, with an EGR? If not, not likely for a pure stock engine, you will save some weight and that's about it. Q Jets are great when properly tuned and built.

Mountain man in Arkansas is the most Q Jet economical rebuilder, IMO.

I need a little info What year, what kind of work done to the motor internally stock/modified? A basicly stock motor ...if it's not broke and runs good save your money Qjets are very reliable and can also be jetted for better performance secondary rods and hangers etc... As far s the aluminum manifold goes not more then a performer manifold if running the qjet Lets have the specs on the motor and take it from there. oh yeah how many miles on the motor? Qjets are easy to tune if you are handy. i can help you if you want did many of them. great book How to Hot rod Qjet carbs.
