If I remember right an awful lot of police cars in California are black or black and white, including the California Highway Patrol.


So I guess in colder climates you should have darker color cars, so the engine doesn't have to generate as much heat.

We have that same foul air here in Indiana, but most of it is produced by pig and cow manure.
