I don't know if it was ever built or not. Can you install a big block in a 68-74 NOVA and keep the air conditioning ? I have 74 factory AC and v8 car, a very solid but I like my cumforts and options. I'd enjoy wasting ricers with the windows up, air on and the front bumper very high. Thanks in advance. Ron

Thanks, I have all the brackets. If it will clear all the stock parts, I don't mind it being a tight installation. I really appreciate you taking you're time to reply. Ron

The inner evaporator housing will have to be replaced with one for a BB, or modified to clear the valve cover. Classic industries use to stock the BB evaporator housing.

You also need to remember about this.
Read the post about the idle-stop solenoid above your post.
Also called a throttle solenoid for BB cars, idle-stop for a/c.
Anyway you need one for either or both.
So, go to Classic Industries 2009 Nova Catalog.
Holley solenoid #H4674 - $84.95
Holley throttle solenoid nut #H2657 - $5.95
Holley throttle solenoid bracket #H209 - $14.95

This will work with Holley or Demon carbs.
As for Rochester Quadrajets, I don't know about them.
