Has anybody had a good experience with a company that rechromes bumpers, preferably in the northeast. Thanks!

I personally haven't had anything done, but many car friends have used D&S Plating of Holyoke, MA and have been very pleased. They do a lot of concourse work, and although they're not the cheapest, they have one of the best reputations in the Northeast. If you want, I can PM you address and phone #.

Bumper Boyz go to all the large car shows. Take your old bumper in and walk away with a newly rechromed one.
