Well my g/f's car is messing up and its a 92. This problem happens about 2 times a day the car will start up and run fine but sometimes when your driving all the lights will shut off (inside and outside of the car) and it the car will want to die and then it will come back on and the check oil light and the security light will come on and the car will beep for about 5 sec but after that it runs just fine. Has anyone ever had this problem or knows whats wrong please let me know thanks.

If all the lights are going off then you probably have a loss of system voltage.
It may be as simple as a loose or corroded connection or a short.
I'd start at the battery and then check the power and grounds. Is there any accessories installed like a stereo? Someone may have made a bad connection and it's grounding out. You'll need an electrical schematic.
