right now i have 235/60/15's on a 15x8 5.25 backspacing wheel. a lot of people have fit 275/60/15's on their third gen (i have a 69) but i want to measure before i order any tires. it says the 235 tire has a 9.25 section width and the 275 has 10.82 section width so about an inch and a half difference should i cut the difference in half and make sure i have about and inch of room on each side to be safe? and where should i measure from and what should i make sure nothing gets in the way besides inner and outer fender and shock mount?
