If your heads have stock ports consider using exhaust manifold gaskets. That's what I'm currently using, they re cheap, can buy them anywhere, don't blow out ,bolts stay tight and I've had the headers on/off several times and they still seal up.
The ones I bought were made by fepro and had slots instead of holes so install was easy; put all the header bolts in loose then just drop the gaskets into place and tighten.
