What steps will i need to take now that i have my 63 sanded to the bare metal.Will i need to ospho it (a rust treatment) or not.Do i resand with 180 and use expoxy primer,if so how much do i need to buy?Any help or correct steps would be appreciated.

yes after sanded down to metal i put metal ready on it ( rust treatment )then i do all my body metal work repaires.when done i take a scot-brite pad and knock all the loose stuff off and then clean and get ready to expoxy primer.i will expoxy one part at a time because you only have 7 days to get something on top of the expoxy with out having to sand it a little.so i expoxy it last thing on saturday night and somewhere in the week i will skim coat it and then block sand it on saturday and then expoxy anthor part for next weekend. you can look at my cardomain page and see the work (page 3 has it all some metal some part got expoxy on it and some has been block sanded.
