Hello Fellow Nova Enthusiasts!

I'm new to this site and was wondering if there are any Nova owners in the Ventura County Area. I'm a student at the University of Arizona and am looking for people to cruise with and go to car shows with in the Ventura/LA area. I have a 71 Nova that I take to car shows on weekends but I would like to join in with Novas if I can.

Welcome to the site! I am just down the road from you in Ventura :yes:. Santa Paula has a cruise/show the first Friday of every month, 5-8 PM. They close Main St between 10th and 8th, you park and check out the cars. But you have to get there early, it fills up fast. I'll be at the next one May 1, look for a red 67 HT. There are other site members in Ventura County and plenty of things going on in LA. Last night there about 8 SNS members at Irwindale (1/8 mile drags), some racing, some of us just hanging out.

BTW, isn't the commute from Santa Paula to U. of A a bit long?

Thanks for the reply! Would you be willing to send me your contact information through email so we can get together when I'm home during the summer. I am a usual at cruise night. I used to be there every month until I took off to school. Now I'm only there from June-August. I'm missing out.

Larry, welcome to the site also! All the local Nova owners should meet and cruise down to the John Force Show May 30 :yes::yes:. Look for my Nova at the Santa Paula show May 1.
