Looking for pro's, con's. Likes. dislikes. Do they give you the advantage that they claim to. Are the rollers any better than the flat. I read the sales pitch and was thinking of using them on my 406 build.
Thanks

I can get a set for a very reasonable price . Never read bout them before today. So I was wondering if they are as good or anywhere close to what they say. They being the manufacturer. The answer to your questin"WHY" is cause "I DON"T KNOW" Hey! are you acussing me of a dumb question. I know I've heard you say before that there are none. But then we haven't talked all that much. Just funnin ya.

They have been known to maybe make a little more manifold vacuum but more times than not they are used in applications as a band-aide. They are also known to be a little noisy.

If they are just ridiculously cheap and you don't mind a little more noisy valvetrain then go for it. They won't hurt anything. Otherwise I'd pass.
