I saw these and thought they'd look cool on my 383. I just don't know what kind of filter they use or if they are big enough to fit a 4 barrel carb. Can anyone enlighten me?

Yeah I don't know how big diameter they are. They're from a 1937 chevy truck. Unfortunately I think they are from a 1 barrel carb which means they're probably tiny. :(

It will need an opening of 5 1/8" to fit a Holley or an Edelbrock. The norm is to run a 14" diameter air cleaner on a single carb. You usually don't see smaller diameter air cleaners unless multiple carbs are being run. The more air you can pull in the better.

I must admit that they are kind of cool looking.
