Anyone have a completely custom or retrofitted dash?

My dash is junk. Pretty much every part of it is cracked, bent, or broken in some way. Since I'm redoing the entire interior, I'll have to redo the entire dash.

Has anyone made their own dash, or did a custom job installing a dash from something a little more modern? And by making their own custom dash, I dont mean sheet aluminum with a few gauges (Pro-street style), I mean AC vents, stereo, etc.

I know it would be easier to just buy new replacement parts and get an OEM dash, but thats not really what I'm looking for in my situation.
