My name is Tim and it is actually my daughters Nova, but I the am head mechanic so I am here to learn from the Nova experts. I picked up her 75 two door in January and have been busy ever since. I wanted to find an older model but settled on the 75 because it was in pretty decent shape overall plus zero smog required. It was a former father son project and heck, it had Cragars on it. See you on the forum...

Welcomed Aboard, Tim.

I can't think of any Nova generation that was not a good car. I had a 1976 around the late 80's. It was an in-line 6, and it had the best smog test results at the station I took it to than any other car checked there (their words, not mine).

And the 4th Gen's are rare in here (seems like ). I was delighted to see a 4th Gen among the cars that showed up for the CPP's visit yesterday in Fullerton. That was a great appearance of a bunch of Novas.
