[CdnL79 Registry]

Another 'no proof' L79. Zoom in on the engine suffix code picture. The 'I' in ZI is more pronounced and deeper than any other part of the stamping. The suffix code was gang stamped and the letters/numbers should be a fairly consistent depth. In addition, there is another letter/number visible after the 'I'. It appears to be the number '1', although this is not the font used for that number in the partial VIN or the suffix code. What's up here?

The 1 beside the I is rather obvious too. I can't believe they would even post a pic of that. This is the deepest stamp, I've ever seen.
