It is obvious this is the real deal because you can tell by the VIN tag picture:rolleyes:

And hey, it has a 350 trans in it, and its even a race one!!!

There is nothing mentioned that would prove it started life as an L79. And, even if there was, it means nothing at this point because the original engine and transmission are long gone. To suggest it's a rare car is ridiculous. As it stands it's just another 1966 Nova SS that needs a ton of work. Also, check the trim collection pics. Some of the SS trim shown isn't even 1966.
