AMD glass

Has anybody installed the new quarter window glass from AMD?

For the past 2 days, I've been trying to find a way to install the leading edge glass channel ( original ) onto this aftermarket glass. I thought I had it today with a thin rubber gasket and 3 cargo straps but, as soon as I insalled it, the leading edge just popped right off like nothing..

Also, does the front guide ride the vertical quarter window weatherstripping all the way to the "up" position?

Dazed and confused..

I think it is glued on with glass trim adhesive, and guide rides in the track all the way to the top. Think you can order some from here.

Thanks for the link but I've already have the AMD glass.. It looks like that I'm going to have to use some of the epoxy that the local automotive glass place gave me and have a try at it again..

Link is for the glass trim adhesive,look under adhesives and they have them in small bottles.

I figured it out today... The front quarter window trim was slightly bent, ( got bent from removing it ) and I had to straighten it out. It took some time to finally get it and the passengers side looks great. Now I have to divert all my attention to the drivers side.
