I just installed a Unisteer rack and the alignment according to the installation instructions are not the same as stock. Below is the deference's according to Unisteer, everything else is the same as stock. What would these changes do? Improve the handling?? I'm going to the shop Wed to get it done..

Unisteer
Toe= 1/16 - 1/8 inch
Caster= 1.5 - 2 deg

Stock
Toe=1/8 - 1/4
Caster= 0 -1 deg

Use the Unisteer specs. You dont need as much toe in as you stated for stock, and the increase in caster will help with stability.

If you have a power rack steering, its ok. If you have manual rack, steering will be requiring mare effort,because more positive caster,also gives more road stability. Paul
