hey guys,
I cant pull the trigger on installing my discs.
ive got both a cpp manual disc as well as factory disc set up in my garage.
the cpp kit just seems too heavy so im now considering just getting the aerospace set up.

can anyone specifically comment on differences between aerospace and cpp.
obviously the aerospace is probably lighter and better braking but id enjoy your thoughts on whether or not this would be a good way to spend some more money!

I have Aerospace discs on my 69, but I stayed with the heavy vented stock style rotors because the car got a lot of street driving--it was still 30lbs less than the drum setup.

I have Aerospace on all four wheels and compared to the cpp kit it is definately lighter.........I have no problem stopping at 140. I too have the big vented rotor up front.

thats reassuring to me that you both run the heavy vented discs.
this was what i purchased from cpp- each rotor feels like it weighs about ~20lbs.

do you remember what youve got in it so far- brakes, master cylinder, ppv?

im using the stock components right now, but i plan on going with a hydro boost, so i dont wanna get a new master cylinder if im gonna end up replacing it.
