The time has finally come. I have what I hope is enough money to put A/C in my car, and this should be the last "big spend" project. I'm looking for advice on what system to go with. I want someone to install the system for me, so if you're in GA, throw in ship names as well. Here's what I have:

1974 Nova
Factory A/C car
LS conversion, don't have a compressor

If possible I'd like to toss the factory "suitcase" and factory dash controls - they are both garbage as far as I'm concerned. I do not want any under-dash controls or vents. Show-car appearance not needed.

Ideas?

After comparing many of the options I settled for Vintage Air.(settled because I was hoping for something cheaper) There is a guy that might be able to help you out. You can find him on IG @stevedavis_cg.

I also figured out it is cheaper to piece it together rather than buying the kit from VA. VA was actually the ones that told me that. Saved me like $300.

Vintage air seems to be the popular choice and I'd imagine it's for a reason

I went VA and happy I did. I live in PHOENIX and it kept me cool last summer when it was 115 without the windows tinted.
