My original booster is leaking and I need to replace it . My choices are a original style 9" replacement or a 7' or 8" double diaphram . I have seen these on ebay and was wondering if anyone has used them ? It looks like the double diaphram replacements have 4 mounting studs , not 3 like the original style .
Also I only have 15" of vacume at idle and I have had a hard brake pedal since I put the car together . Is this enough vacume to run power brakes?

The rule of thumb for vacuum is minimum of 18". You are correct that most of the dual diaphragm boosters have the 4 bolt mount.

I found that the rubber seal between the master cylinder and the booster is torn and leaking . Anyone know where I can get one of these?

I have a brand new 9 inch booster, with 3 mounting studs. It's still in the box. I got it last year. And I'll sell it if you want it. I won't be using it. LMK

I got the small one from ebay looks great, but it's still in the box. Hopefully I will soon find out.

I use a 7" dual diaphram booster (4 bolts), master power makes an adaptor plate to go from 4 to 2 bolts.
