I just found a bench seat for cheap from a 72 nova, 2 door. Will it bolt into my 73? It's kind of a long drive though so I wanted to check with you nova guru's first.

Some dumb *** put buckets in mine from a 4 door and only bolted them down in two places each!!!

Yep, I have a 74 seat in my 71. Bolts right in. Just if you're going to recover it, hte material attaching points and methods are different on the different year frames, so You have to figure out how to McGuyver it on to the seat frame.

Weird, when I tried to put a 73-74 bench seat in my 69, it did not bolt it. If I remember correctly, the bolt holes were slightly further apart from front to back. It would bolt in if you oblong the holes though.

I've flipped a 70 seat into a 74........and a 70 seat into a 68.......straight bolt in both ways.

I ended up buying the bench for $30! It is a direct bolt in to my 73. Thanks for the help everyone!
