[SP70Nova]

I have a 70 nova that was originally a 4 wheel drum car. I'm adding the factory 11" booster & front discs and keeping the rear drums. I need to verify which is the correct disc/drum master cyl for a '70. Some of the 'factory' style kits out there include the '69 MC listed below for a '70.

FYI: The factory Hold off valves are different from '69 to '70 - both castings and pressures. I don't know if there's differences in the MCs.

Ports and bore specs are the same for both MCs above: 1-1/8" bore. Besides the physical castings, is there any other differences between the two?

Avoid a 69 MC, they are round or Vette style as apposed to the 70 up style that are more rectangular or square. The first link shows a 4 wheel drum MC the second is a 70 up MC, this is the one you want. The 70 master has a built in pressure valve for disc drum setup, 69 used an external valve with the Vette style master.
