ummm this I believe could be a problem if the filler panel has been repainted with any type of enamel paint over the years.....if you dont completely remove it I believe the thinners in the laquer will cause the enamel to wrinkle.72GreenRally said:If you get it in a laquer, the sheen should be correct also. I tried painting it with Argent Silver and a flat clear coat but,
the original piece looks to be lighter silver color.
